Shaun H. O'Donnell, Esquire

An integral and industrious partner at Barnes, O'Donnell & Moore, Shaun’s legal acumen and commitment to his clients have established him as a valued member of our firm.


Shaun's interest in law began early, leading him to pursue a double major in both History and Political Science, at the University of Delaware. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he further developed his legal knowledge as a law clerk for the Office of the State's Attorney in Baltimore City, as a Supervising Student Attorney at the Community Justice Clinic, and as an articles editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law.


Prior to joining our firm, Shaun had the distinct honor of clerking for The Honorable Jane Cairns Murray in the Circuit Court for Cecil County. Under Judge Murray's guidance, Shaun honed his legal research and analytical skills, which have become his trademark strengths.


Shaun focuses on providing thoughtful and practical guidance to clients. His calm and affable nature puts clients at ease, ensuring they receive the best possible representation. Whether it's navigating involved litigation or offering proactive solutions, Shaun's insight and approachability make him a trusted advisor.


His connection to the local community runs deep, born and raised in Cecil County, he has strong familial ties that underscore his commitment to the area. This dedication extends to his work, as he tirelessly serves the people of Cecil County. 

Bradley A. Moore, Esquire

A dedicated and driven partner at Barnes, O'Donnell & Moore, Bradley exemplifies the firm's commitment to excellence. Admitted to the bar in 2015, his legal career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of justice and a strong dedication to his clients' causes.


Bradley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. His academic achievements continued even earlier, as he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, also magna cum laude, from Columbia Union College.


His career choices have been influenced by his desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Bradley’s experience as a law clerk for esteemed Cecil County Circuit Court Judges V. Michael Whelan and William W. Davis, Jr., provided insight into the local legal community and an understanding of the Court’s perspective in deciding legal matters.
